She walked the city many times in hopes of finding a place she enjoyed, somewhere to anchor her in the newly tossing sea of her life.
This was a heartbreaking story. I was excited about seeing Corinne, and her and king's love story, but I did not expect to see this little broken girl. She was sweet, dreamed about things that were not suitable for someone of her level. She felt out of place at her house, and even after finding true love, having a child, becoming a queen, she still felt like she did not belong. She was weak, yes Elara added to her depression, but she started her self-distraction even before that...But it was nice to see such a fragile and beautiful character whatsoever.
